Paint Table Saturday #22

Well its high time I got back into the swing of things after a 3 week absence from the Paint Table Saturday spot. I have been rather busy with family and other commitments of late to be able to participate and of course shall miss this next weekend as I will be working at Salute.

I hope to complete the 5 remaining figures for the Koryu Buntai today. Three of these are already well under way so it should not be impossible to get them all painted.

I should be able to make good headway on some more Saxons as well. Another group of 6 figures from the Foundry Ranges. These and a few more blisters are the last of an ongoing commission that I should complete this week.

All cleaned and ready to get some undercoat later.

  9. I do like those Samurai, great poses and great brushwork.

Family has to come first over blogger and you're a grandad now. They're only little for short time remember.

    1. Thank you Anne, I am trying a few new brush techniques at the moment with these.
Family will always come first as they are always there for me.

  10. Lovely work on the figs, Loki, but I think you can cut yourself some slack; you've won the Challenge, Salute's just around the corner, you're a new granddad, and you're still keeping us posted with your latest projects.

No-one's going to give YOU any grief if you want to take a well-earned rest!

    1. Cheers Ev, Its weird but life is good at the moment and I feel like its time to hit the brushes again, though it will be a lot more relaxed than the frenetic pace during the challenge.
